HFCC Direct Booking Rates for 2026:
November - April: $2250/week* +$325 cleaning fee and applicable taxes
May - October: $2500/week*Â +$325 cleaning fee and applicable taxes
*Additional $350 if stay includes: Memorial Day, Bear Shadow Festival, Highlands Motoring Festival, July 4, Labor Day, Highlands Food & Wine Festival, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve
Macon County and the State of NC charge an additional 9% tax for rentals under 30 days.
Up to 2 dogs may be considered for HFCC Direct Bookings - Requires a $1000 refundable deposit and weekly cleaning fee.
The above discounted rates reflect savings of booking weekly stays directly with the owners as compared to booking on Airbnb.
